Welcome to PromTale. This Privacy Policy explains how PromTale ("we", "our", or "the app") handles information when you use our AI-powered creative application. PromTale is designed to help you transform photos and create animated visual content through artificial intelligence. We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about our data practices.
PromTale does not collect, store, analyze, or retain facial information or biometric identifiers. We do not perform facial recognition, face mapping, or any form of facial geometry analysis. Images you upload are processed solely for the purpose of AI image and video generation that you request. We do not build facial profiles, identity records, or any database derived from facial features.
When you use PromTale, you may provide images and text prompts to generate creative content. These inputs are transmitted to cloud-based AI services to fulfill your generation requests. The content you create may be stored locally on your device within the app's private storage area so you can view, download, and manage your works. We do not require you to create an account, provide your name, or submit personal identification documents to use the app.
Images and prompts you submit are used exclusively to perform the AI generation tasks you initiate. This includes image-to-image transformations and image-to-video animations. We do not use your content for advertising profiling, behavioral tracking across other applications, or training proprietary recognition systems based on facial data. We do not collect facial information at any stage of this process.
PromTale stores generated works, uploaded image copies, and app preferences on your device. This local storage helps you access your creation history and continue your creative workflow. You can delete individual works from within the app. Uninstalling the app removes locally stored app data from your device, subject to your operating system's behavior.
To deliver AI generation capabilities, PromTale sends your uploaded images and text prompts to third-party AI infrastructure providers over encrypted connections. These providers process requests on our behalf and return generated results. We select partners that process data for inference purposes only. Neither PromTale nor its processing partners collect or retain facial information for identification purposes. Third-party providers may apply their own technical safeguards and retention policies for operational reliability and abuse prevention.
The app requires an internet connection to communicate with AI services. Standard network operations may involve technical metadata such as request timestamps and connection status required to complete generation tasks. PromTale does not intentionally collect precise location data, contact lists, calendar entries, or microphone recordings through normal app usage.
PromTale is a general creative tool and is not directed at children under the age of thirteen. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal content through the app inappropriately, discontinue use and remove locally stored materials from the device.
We implement reasonable technical measures to protect data in transit, including the use of secure transport protocols when communicating with AI services. Local files are stored within the app's sandboxed storage environment on your device. No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, and we encourage you to keep your device software up to date.
You control what images and prompts you submit for generation. You may delete works stored in the app, decline to upload certain images, and stop using the app at any time. Because PromTale does not operate user accounts, there is no remote profile to manage; your primary controls exist on your device and through your generation choices.
PromTale does not collect facial information. Uploaded images are treated as creative input material only. We do not extract, catalog, or reuse facial attributes for identification, authentication, marketing, or surveillance. Our product purpose is artistic and creative enhancement, not identity analysis.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect product improvements or changes in processing practices. Updated versions will be made available within the app. Continued use of PromTale after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
